Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AliExpress Product Exporter for Shopify (“the Extension”) handles information when you use it on an AliExpress product page.
Information the Extension accesses
When you choose Extract Product Data on an AliExpress product page, the Extension reads only product information visible in that page: product title, displayed price, visible image count, store name and the current page URL. It does not read passwords, payment-card details, browser history, private messages or unrelated tabs.
How product information is used
Visible product information is used to show the extraction result in the Extension popup and to prepare the Shopify-compatible export workflow that you initiate. Product information is not sold, used for advertising, or sent to Plato Bilişim for profiling or AI training. The Extension does not automatically publish or import a product without your action.
Local storage and retention
Extension settings, local usage counters and license state are stored in Chrome storage on your device. The Extension does not maintain a remote catalog of the products you inspect. You can remove local data by clearing the Extension’s storage or uninstalling the Extension.
License validation and payments
If you activate a Pro license, the Extension sends the license key, extension identifier and a randomly generated installation identifier to api.platobilisim.com only to validate the license and its activation status. If you open checkout, payment processing is provided by Creem. Payment-card details are handled by Creem and are not available to the Extension or Plato Bilişim.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell product data, browsing data or personal data. We do not share extracted product information with third parties. We may disclose limited license or payment information only when required to provide a service you requested, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.
Your choices
Every extraction, export and checkout action is initiated by you. You can stop using the Extension, clear its local storage, uninstall it, or manage a Pro subscription through the Creem customer portal. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@platobilisim.com.
