Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using FormPilot (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FormPilot on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store applications.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Pro access is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. Subscription charges are billed to your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or App Store > Account > Subscriptions (macOS). No refunds are offered for partially used periods; any such refunds are at Apple's sole discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FormPilot to (a) violate applicable laws, (b) send spam or unsolicited messages at scale, (c) impersonate a person or entity, or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the Service except as permitted by law.

Content you create

You retain all rights to the snippets and data you create. We never access, transmit, or store it on servers we operate.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice in the app or on our website. Critical security updates may be applied without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, unless a different forum is required by your local consumer protection laws.
