Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the websites, Chrome extensions, mobile applications, and digital products provided by Plato Bilişim Group. If a product includes a more detailed privacy notice, that notice also forms part of this policy.

Browser extensions

Our browser extensions read only the visible content required on the active page for a function initiated by the user. Page notes, settings, drafts, monitoring keywords, and generated reports are stored in Chrome's local storage by default. We do not sell this data, use it to build advertising profiles, or transfer it to our servers.

When the user explicitly requests a translation, the translation extension sends the selected text to Google Translate. This operation is governed by Google's privacy terms. Patreon and similar external links open only when the user clicks them.

Purpose of permissions

  • activeTab / scripting: Read the relevant content on the active page where the user initiated the action.
  • storage: Store preferences, notes, and local results on the device.
  • downloads: Download CSV files, reports, or media outputs explicitly requested by the user.
  • notifications: Display notifications for a local page monitor configured by the user.
  • Site access: Limited to the domains required for the core functions defined in each product's manifest.

Website data

Standard technical logs, such as the IP address, request timestamp, browser type, and requested URL, may be processed temporarily by the hosting provider for server security and debugging. Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to the request. On clearly marked contact, purchase, and store links, we may record the event type, source, and link label; after a purchase, we may record only totals for successful license generation and first activation for evaluation purposes. These analytics records do not include email addresses, license keys, device identifiers, or order numbers.

Retention and deletion

Local extension data can be deleted through Chrome's extension settings or by removing the extension. Website contact and analytics records are retained for no more than 90 days unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Billing, payment, and license records may be retained separately for the period required by applicable law.

Security and children

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures. Our products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
