Subscription Terms

Plans and recurring billing

Paid Pro upgrades are offered as monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly subscriptions in USD. The exact price for every extension and billing period is published on our Chrome extension pricing page and shown again during secure checkout. We do not offer a lifetime plan.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, receipts, subscription billing and payment-related customer records under its own terms and privacy notices.

License delivery and use

After a successful payment, a license key is issued automatically for the extension purchased. The key must be entered only in the matching extension. A license may not be resold, shared publicly or used to bypass device or product limits shown during purchase.

Renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the selected billing interval until it is canceled. The renewal price and interval are shown before purchase. If a payment fails, Pro access may be paused or expire until billing is restored.

Cancellation

Customers can manage and cancel subscriptions through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid period when the cancellation is scheduled for period end; an immediate cancellation may end access immediately.
